The site sits within an active retail destination surrounded by national brands and high-volume footfall, making it well suited to an ultra-rapid charging hub that fits naturally into a driver's existing journey.
Moreco acquired the site in April 2025 and secured planning approval in November 2025. The design protects existing ecology and mature landscaping. Construction is programmed to commence in 2026, with a target completion of Q3 2026 and operation by TBC.
